June 25, 2021 (Los Angeles, CA) – Philadelphia native Noah Guy releases his highly anticipated single “Saltines and Gingerale” alongside a music video that leaves viewers feeling nostalgic for summer days you never forget. For this record, Noah collaborated with producers YOG$ and David Von Mering who have written & produced songs for the likes of SURFACES, Quinn XCII, and many others. Similar to love, Noah Guy exclaims “Saltines & Gingerale, that shit will never fail” before adding “when push comes to shove, girl just trust I won’t get sick of us.” Co-directed by Noah Guy and Danny Gevirtz, the music video for “Saltines & Gingerale” perfectly embodies summer memories and the nostalgic feel of unforgettable summer moments. Shot on film, the music video features Guy performing and goofing around, he explains,
“ I wrote this song last summer but I really just caught it from thin air…one of those moments where feeling is everything and thinking is your worst enemy. I had just gotten off this heavy phone call with my girl at the time and couldn’t tell up from down, who I was, or who I wanted/needed to be in my life. Monday turned to Sunday and everything just felt like one big loop I was running ad nauseam. My mom only had one cure for nausea growing up, “Saltines & Gingerale”, so spilling out this record was just my version of that. I cut all the vocals and ideas that chaotic morning … a frantic journal entry turned anthem for anyone feeling sick of something.
While writing for other artists, Noah is also currently developing his next project.
